"We develop strategies with our clients that are creative, practical and successful. We have closed hundreds of transactions in North America, South America, Europe and Asia."
How we work
01. Initial meeting
One of our Senior Partners will meet with you at your offices (or one of ours) to discuss your specific goals, whether you wish to sell or purchase a business.
02. Team formation
After engagement, we assemble a team consisting of Senior Partners, Analysts, and Production Personnel within one or more offices globally.
We utilize multiple marketing and search strategies tailored specifically to our client. Our in-depth research enables us to generate a comprehensive list of potential partners.
We negotiate and structure the business transaction effectively. We stay involved through to the successful closing.
Defined by our people
Wyndham Capital is managed by five directors with combined M&A experience exceeding 200 years. Within the last 43 years, we have closed hundreds of business sales, with aggregate transaction values in the billions of dollars. We have a fiduciary responsibility to our clients and will always put their needs first.
